This is sad. June Pointer, the youngest and sassiest of the Pointer Sisters, and the lead singer on the titanic "Jump for your love" (easily the funkiest and most soulful techno-disco hit of the 80s), has died. She was beautiful and talented and it's a goddamned shame that cancer took her only age 52.
Sad day.
